We would like to say Thank You to the 50 Linemen students and their instructors from Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon, Iowa who came out this morning and filled sandbags for Dell Rapids residents to use as they prepare for flooding. These guys emptied 7 dump truck loads into sandbags today!
